What you get, and what I expect.

The deal
$1,000 to build your website, half before I start and half when it goes live. Then one of two monthly plans: $20 a month for hosting, the security certificate and fixes if something breaks, or $60 a month for all of that plus the CRM and edits when you need them.
What the build covers
Up to five pages, a tidy-up of your own words, your logo and photos placed properly, and the site live on a domain you own. A larger site, new photography or writing from a blank page is extra, and I will quote it before doing any of it.
Stopping
You can cancel the monthly plan any time and keep your site. The design and the words are yours. If you want to host the site yourself, I will move it to your own hosting for a one-off $200 transfer fee. What stops is my hosting, the CRM and my time.
What I need from you
Your content, and a reply when I ask a question. If a project goes quiet for more than sixty days I will pause it, and the deposit stays spent. Start again whenever you are ready.
Who owns what
Once the build is paid for, the design and the content are yours. The CRM and the editor stay mine and are licensed to you while you are paying monthly.
What I do not promise
I cannot promise a particular position in Google, a number of enquiries or an amount of revenue. Anyone who does is guessing. I will keep the site up, fast and working, and fix it quickly when it breaks.
If something goes wrong
If a site I host goes down, I fix it as a priority and it does not cost you anything. If you are unhappy in the first thirty days after launch, tell me and I will refund the monthly fee.
